To maximize the views and bring abundant natural light into each residence, our team installed expansive Ply Gem® Southern-exposed windows and sliding patio doors, carefully selected for their energy efficiency and sound reduction capabilities. The windows feature specialized staggered glass thickness and are paired with above-industry-standard insulation, creating a peaceful, quiet living environment that blocks out external noise without compromising daylight or beauty.
Inside, each unit features Liberty’s solid core, two-panel stile and rail interior doors, known for their timeless appeal and durable construction. Custom pantry doors were also included in each open-concept kitchen — blending both elegance and functionality in these thoughtfully designed living spaces.
Project Challenges
Due to the narrow and sloped terrain of the project site, installation required strategic delivery, storage, and phased installation. Our experienced team worked closely with site supervisors to ensure smooth, multi-level construction execution with no delays.
